- Include units, whether critical IT, and committed versus usable capacity.
- Cabinets / cages
- Configuration and any density, access, or layout restrictions.
- Market
- City or metro only. No exact address in the public listing.
- Price
- Amount or range, pricing unit, inclusions, and pass-through charges.
- Landlord consent
- Obtained, pending, not requested, denied, or unknown. A listing is not consent.

Keep the organization, exact facility, and contact details off the public page. The proposed workflow routes inquiries through The MW Desk and seeks permission before any introduction or document release.
No lease, customer name, or NDA-protected information belongs in an initial inquiry. The desk does not grant landlord approval or override a lease.
